The clutch axis has been shortened by 5mm to fit perfectly with the clutch bell, but also to ensure a perfect tightening on the axis of the vilebrequin.
The axis of the clutch weights consists of two 2x25mm screws that will be intersected to fit perfectly at the height of the clutch weights.
The assembly of the entire engine steering wheel, clutch, and sledgehammers, is reliable by net brake, and perfectly wedged with adjustment washers to limit axial play.
The set thus assembled gives a game-free operation! 😊

Cet embrayage a été monté directement sur volant moteur.
L’axe de l’embrayage a été raccourci de 5mm de façon s’adapter parfaitement à la cloche d’embrayage, mais aussi afin d’assurer un parfait serrage sur l’axe du vilebrequin.
L’axe des masselottes d’embrayage sont constituées de deux vis de 2x25mm elles seront recoupées pour s’adaptées parfaitement à la hauteur des masselottes d’embrayage.
Le montage de l’ensemble du volant moteur, de l’embrayage, et des masselottes, est fiabilisé par du frein filet, et parfaitement calé avec des rondelles d’ajustement pour limiter le jeu axial.
L’ensemble ainsi assemblé donne un fonctionnement sans jeux ! 😊
