The excavator is great, it digs very well and it is great fun! I did have had a few issues that are concerning concerning the price. All the screws fell out the bottom and the tracks fell apart form the main top unit during the first few digs and I was not able to find all the screws to reconnect it so I had to go to a hardware store to find replacement screws. After they were replaced it has been fine. Another issues is taking the back plate off each time to remove the battery is very poorly designed, it is so hard to remove and replace each time the battery needs to be charged. Hydraulic oil was supposed to come with the unit and it was missing from the shipment. Finally it took over 2 weeks for www.enginediy.com to ship out the unit after I purchased it and they did not return multiple emails asking when it might ship the point that I was ready to dispute the purchase on my credit card, then they finally emailed and shipped it.
