Usage Method: 1.Assemble electrode needle. (electrode needle must be assembled before starting) 2. Connect one end of the adapter to the socket and the other end to the DC connector. 3. Connect one end of the audio cable to a smartphone or computer and the other end to a circuit board

What can I say, this is a great beginner Tesla coil. Shipped from China to the west coast really quick, I was impressed. Everything came in great condition. Although there was no instructions, it is really easy to figure out how to screw together the clear acrylic frame (everything else is already built). The quality is very impressive.
Once you plug in the coil, you press the button on the front to turn it on (just don’t touch the coil or the copper wire on top). You can also plug in a standard audio jack and play music. Like stated, there really isn’t a limit to what you can play with this coil, you can do songs, talking etc, even vocals work!
It is really cool how these Tesla Coils work and I’m glad I got to see how everything works using this Tesla Coil. Very fun!

Great kit but didn't come with use or assembly instructions. Even a picture would have helped. After some hit and miss everything was up and running. Kids loved it. Now I want to build a 1,000,000 volt model.

My son is a musician and I thought he would enjoy this - which he does. At the time, I was unaware that I was buying an item which was made in China. No judgement there - it's a fine piece of fun and experimentation! However, If you're buying this, or any product from this website, be aware that it ships from China. This is not Amazon Prime with 2 day shipping! I was given a link to a tracking service which indicated that it was shipping directly from a city in that country. It was almost 25 days before it arrived to eastern Oregon.
Also, my son indicated that there were no instructions included. He wrote me to ask if I knew anything about this item, as he was clueless. Fortunately he's clever and adept at figuring out assembly.
Whether this negative review over product handling makes it to the general public gives me concern, as well. If you're reading this, then great!

What can I say, this is a great beginner Tesla coil. Shipped from China to the west coast really quick, I was impressed. Everything came in great condition. Although there was no instructions, it is really easy to figure out how to screw together the clear acrylic frame (everything else is already built). The quality is very impressive.
