I received my 1580 with a broken rear drive cog. The stem that the screw attaches the cog to the tractor was snapped during shipping. Well, I notified support and they sent me the pieces needed to get it fixed. So, my rating would've been a 1 Star had their support dropped the ball. Since they helped and even though it took a couple of weeks, I'm happy with this purchase. The tractor is beast and so customizable. I do highly recommend mainly because you don't get support like this from most foreign companies and really support has dwindled in the US over the past few years. It is getting bad now and I'm happy to see a company that still goes out of the way to make things right even when it doesn't benefit them.
