Toyan Engine FS-S100AG2 is an upgrade version of other FS series single cylinder Toyan 4 stroke rc engine. Toyan S100AG2 comes with water cooling pump, cooling water channel, and water cooling box accessories. It has a large conversion potential and no need to reprocess the water cooling channel by itself; and it is stable in work, can work for a long time without rest, and is stable at high efficiency speed.
1, Upgrade Water-Cooling Version: comes with water cooling pump, cooling water channel, and water cooling box accessories. It has a large conversion potential and no need to reprocess the water cooling channel by itself. With it, no need worry that engine is over-heat.
2, Powerful Performance: While it starts, the rotate speed can up to 13500 RPM / Mins.
3, Fuel: the fuel is consisting of : 20% castor oil, nitro-methane 5-30%, and the rest is methanol. 20-25% methanol content can be used as fuel. No need 100% pure methanol.
4, Extra Accessories Needed for Operation: Spark plug + Starting ESC module + 30cm oil tube +F-shape Glow Plug, which can be purchased in our shop directly. ( click buy directly)

1 x Water Cooling Four Stroke Methanol Engine
A stroke is the movement of the piston from the top, to the bottom of the cylinder. the Four Stroke Methanol Engine uses a cycle of four strokes and Methanol as the fuel. Each cycle includes 2 rotations of the crankshaft and four strokes, namely:
1.An Intake Stroke
2.A Compression Stroke
3.A Combustion Stroke also called Power Stroke
4.An Exhaust Stroke
1. Increase the engine working power
2, Cooler intake temperatures allow you to run more aggressive timing and/or boost (forced induction applications)
3, Reduced chance of detonation
4, More economical for the street: water/methanol is a less expensive high-octane alternative to pure race gas for guys running high compression engines on the street
5, Built-in engine maintenance: The atomized water effectively steam cleans the valves, valve seats, and even the piston tops and intake, reducing carbon buildup
1, 4 stroke engine has higher torque at lower rpm as compared to 2 stroke engine.
2, More fuel efficient than 2 stroke engine.
3, It creates less pollution as no oil is burned during combustion.
4, 4 stroke engine lasts longer than 2 stroke engine as 2 stroke engines are designed for high rpm and at high rpm engines wears at faster rate hence less durable.
5, It has a separate oil chamber.
Prévu pour l’équipement d'un camion à l’échelle 1:14 après mise en service et rodage de ce moteur, sont fonctionnement et parfait !
L'usinage de ce moteur est au niveau de ce qui se fait de mieux aujourd'hui. Le refroidissement à eau ( liquide refoidissement ) est efficace, et l'ajout d'un couvre radiateur, renforce ce refroidissement.
Toutefois deux remarques:
1- dans le bas moteur, il restait malheureusement des copeaux d'usinage ! Donc, attention à cela !
2- La lubrification de l'arbre à came, des soupapes d'admission et d'échappement doit être contrôler après chaque usage !
Il serais judicieux d'installé une rampe de lubrification ( modification que je ferais )
Conclusion cet un excellent moteur pour nos application de modélisme, et de plus l'effet esthétique sur nos modèles est très réussit !

I STILL DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LOAD WATER INTO THE COOLING SYSTEM ???? I SUPPOSE I WILL EVENTUALLY. FIGURE IT OUT !!!! HOWEVER I EXPECT THE ENGINE WILL PERFORM VERY WELL LIKE MY OTHER “TOYAN “ ENGINES !!!!

A well made super little engine nothing else is quite like it, just the job for a 10th scale rock climber & looks good under the hood. The only downside is that you have to keep the valve gear & camshaft generously lubricated with special grease each time you use it but apart from that it's a brilliant engine.
