Looking for a running V12 engine model with real mechanical operation? The RUIFEIYA V12-180 combines 180cc displacement, 48-stem DOHC construction, water cooling, dual-pump lubrication, brushless electric start and electronic monitoring for RC applications, workshops and mechanical demonstrations.
Realistic 1/4 Scale V12 Engine Structure:
Built from 500+ precision components, the V12-180 features a 60° V12 layout, DOHC stem train, 48 stems, 13.7:1 pressure ratio and three-ring pistons. During operation, the pistons, gears and timing components move visibly to demonstrate the character of a working V12 engine.
Dual-Pump Lubrication System:
High- and low-pressure oil pumps work together to circulate engine oil through key components. The crankshaft incorporates oil passages, while the camshaft receives dedicated lubrication, supporting consistent oil circulation during extended running sessions.
External Centrifugal Water Cooling:
An independent centrifugal water pump and enlarged external water passages help transfer heat far from the cylinder block. The water-cooling system supports stable operating temperatures during demonstrations, testing, and compatible RC vehicle or boat applications.
Brushless Electric Start and Electronic Monitoring:
A 3660 brushless motor provides one-button electric starting. The system includes a V12 ECU, CDI high-voltage ignition controller, oil and coolant temperature sensors, and an RPM display. Three independent carburetors provide fuel delivery, with a 200A ESC and 5–6S lithium battery recommended.

RUIFEIYA V12-180 is a pre-assembled V12 engine model developed over six years and constructed from more than 500 precision components. At 1/4 scale, it presents the complete structure of a high-performance V12 internal combustion engine. The engine arrives pre-assembled, eliminating the need for DIY assembly.
During operation, the pistons, timing mechanism and exhaust manifolds move in coordination, accompanied by the characteristic mechanical sound of a V12 engine. The system incorporates dual-pump lubrication, external centrifugal water cooling and one-button brushless electric starting to support extended operation.
The engine can serve as a high-end mechanical display model and can provide power for compatible 1/4 and 1/5-scale RC vehicles and boats. It can also be used for mechanical engineering demonstrations and internal-combustion-engine education.
Important Operating Notice: This is a high-performance precision internal-combustion-engine model intended only for users aged 18 and above with practical internal-combustion-engine operating experience. A new engine requires approximately 25 hours of idle break-in. Avoid high-RPM operation during the break-in period. Operate only in a well-ventilated, open environment and follow the instruction manual for maintenance and servicing. Non-professional users should not disassemble the engine.
