Hi, I'm sorry to say but there is a part missing.
There are only 2 second large bearings in the box instead of 3.
This is a essential part for the high pressure compressor shaft.
Would you be so kind to send me a third bearing please?

I really liked this; it is a very good product.
My EM2/M19:
Straight from the package:
- no spark
- no compression
So ... no start
The stripped end of the high tension lead had slipped down the sparkplug boot and didn't make contact with the plug, an easy fix.
I thought the intake valve might be sticking and a drop of light oil to the valve stem would fix that, but no. I ended up pulling the cylinder head and removing the intake valve. There were some tiny specs of debris on the valve seat. After cleaning and lightly lapping the valve to its seat the compression had greatly improved.
I believe both issues have developed during transport. The corners of the box clearly showed it had been subjected to some rough handling. Despite the excellent packaging the little engine was probably subjected to jolts and shocks.
After my fixes, the engine ran, but too fast to my taste, and it stopped abruptly after half a minute or so ... again no spark! Everything seems in order with the plug and its lead. So, what now?
Then I remembered some YT videos by @RonaldWalters, where he uses just two AA batteries and a dummy. Apparently the ignition module can malfunction when fed 4.5V, and using just 2 batteries can prevent that. So, I printed Rons STL for a dummy and fitted it with a 50mm brass screw. Using this, the ignition was much more stable and the spark seemed stronger as well (thank you @RonaldWalters for the tip and for sharing the STL for the dummy on Thingiverse).
It still was not an easy starter, it needed a good spin with the cordless drill, and once it was running, it still ran too fast and irregularly.
The governor fly-balls were hitting the cylinder cooling fins, the valve rocker had a lot of lateral play and the tappet clearance of 0.5mm seemed too much.
The lever that is operated by the governor to hold the rocker up (and the exhaust valve open) couldn't engage well, the rocker danced from left to right like a Dutch football fan causing the lever to often miss its mark. I tightened the clevis where the rocker pivots, removing the lateral slack. No more dancing rocker.
I reduced the tappet clearance to 0.25mm
Next I moved the disc that holds the fly-balls up on its shaft, a millimetre or so. Now the governor engages at lower RPM and the balls don't hit the cylinder anymore (thanks @ThomasPCGuruENGINES for the tip).
The engine now runs stably, the hit&miss engages and keeps the RPM much lower, however I feel the engine lacks some power. A timing issue? There's still room for some tweaking.
So, after reading all this, you might think I'm not happy with this little engine, but that would be the wrong conclusion. I'm actually quite enthusiastic about it, I like to tinker and tweak, and the open design of the mechanism allows for a lot of that.
Very nifty little needle dropper bottle, gets the oil exactly where it needs to be, precise and clean. The sturdy child-proof cap protects both needle and kids. Excellent 👌
Up till now all is going well. I tried the functionallity of the movement before I close everything.
No problems there. So I hope it will be working just fine when finished.
Came unexpected quick in adequate secured packaging. The only backdrop of the package is the huge amount of plastic foam that came with it.
The sculpture arrived with everything in perfect shape. Nothing was bent or broken. It came wingflapworthy out of the box. Only the two head fins and the spike-like tail are left to be mounted. This is done in - let’s say - two minutes. Even the driver tool to fix the fins with two tiny black screws is included - and, I forgot, two spare screws also.
Reloading the battery is super easy through an USB-C socket at the back side of the stand. It cannot move while loading. I already let it work for minimum 2 hours without recharging required. The on/off-button on the front side doesn:t even need to be touched fully to bring the delicate creature to live. The movement is graceful and looks natural. It could be - in my opinion - even still flap a bit slower.
The motor sound is hearably but cam be reduced significantly by placing it on e.g.: a fabric surface.
The wood grain of my sample animal is fotogene. Either I was lucky or the manufacturer kept his eye on this detail.
So i can say, my experience here was close to 100% positive. I dare to recommend the little mobile to everyone who likes it.
Beautifully machined and packaged. I am an engineer, and know where I'm heading with this model. So, following the glossy instruction book is helpful, but doesn't help when the flywheel fixings are not like the illustration - a modification? But I've worked it out. Also, while the packaged screws are clearly marked, the only clue to the location of them is revealed in the small scale drawing on page 55. Better written instructions would help. But it is an enjoyable build, and I recommend it.

Beautiful little engine, well designed, well made and carefully assembled. It arrived very well packaged. The first general inspection: all parts in place, all fasteners tight.
The instructions are generally clearly written, but mentioning 2 carburettor needles, a primary and a secondary one, is a little confusing. There's clearly only one fuel needle in the carb. I wish the booklet was a bit larger, the print is very small and a bit hard to read.
Time to get the engine started, insert battery, check spark, all is well. Lubricating all moving parts, I used classic SAE 30 for the engine bearings, cylinder, piston, etc. and light sewing machine oil for all the little moving parts of the governor and valve train.
Using Zippo lighter fuel with a drop of Castrol two-stroke oil (about a 1/50 mixture) the engine started on the first pull with the provided starter cord, running quietly and stably, just wonderful!
The hit&miss mechanism functions well, although I think the engine could be tweaked to run a little slower and quieter, we'll see.
I am very happy with this wonderful little machine!

I was impressed with the design of a tiny gas engine running rhe generator with the incorporated circuitry that not only provides external power (run lights or whatever you desire) but also charges the 3S Lithium battery. Keep in mind that this is a hobby and as such we tinker, modify or improve as we deem necessary. I had a minor issue with the fuel tank where the bottom of the fuel pickup was blocked by because the tank was attached to the base too tight. Easy fix. I also have two recommendations, I prefer the new version of the CDI vs. the old style and i didn't like the solid aluminum collet used to connect the engine to the generator. I will replace it with a vibration damping coupler. You can find the cheap, just Google. Aside from that I really like the product.
Although I am only about 1/3 finished, it has been a fun build with a company that takes pride in their design and accuracy. I hope to continue doing business with them.
In my ignorance I bought the wrong model to suit my previous purchase. instead of being informed of the error EngineDIY took my money and said nothing.
This was the first of a series of similar and worse events.
I do not recommend dealling with these guys.
Great engine and built very well. I made gaskets for the block covers, don't know why it didn't have them. It fired right up out of the box and is pretty heavy for it's size. One of my favorite engines.
The assembly instructions are missing certain criteria. This includes correct torque requirements for critical engine components! I've assembled the block assembly up to installation of 6 of the eight pistons and find the assembled parts nearly frozen in place!
I have been waiting since February for this Toyan V8 Engine and it’s finally here. So excited to start the build. I have just gotten everything set up in the garage to start in the morning
I even went online this morning and ordered the platform as well as the turbo charger as well . Once I put this together and run it then I will change over to the turbo charger. I’m very excited to say!

Background: retired certified engineer with several design patents and decades engine experience.
The good: this is a great looking model the machining is top notch. The best looking hm out at this point. Everything beautiful made, great display.
Opportunity for improvement: Do not expect this to run well without significant tinkering based on my experience. This did not run at all out of the box, and has taken many hrs removing bugs to get it to stay running without randomly sputtering out.
-the piston ring needed replacing (spare included)
-the ignition timing was a good 30deg advanced, causing difficult running. It should be set at top dead center. This is not easy to achieve, given points design, it's a trial and error.
-the point spring rubs on the base of motor and the valve rod, wearing thru the rubber insulation causing intermittent shorting.
(I narrowed the spring to add clearance and added shrink tubing to insulate better.)
-the intake valve may stick causing loss compression. (I increased valve spring tension)
-the carburetor is extremely finicky and one has to quickly change settings at times to keep it running, esp during warmup.
-the recommended 25:1 gas oil mix may be too rich, upon pulling head I found way too much oil and carbon in there. I run 75:1 mix with non-ethanol gas and keep all oilers full for best results so far.
I have about 3hrs total run time and things seem to be breaking in better.
I bought additional ignition, plug, carb, head, ignition wiring, battery, during my attempt to diagnose the sputtering out, but found no smoking gun. (I've noted the fuel is pushed half an inch down the line from carb, so something is causing back pressure, maybe a sticky intake valve still)
I removed the high speed lever as I only run slow mode and the lever can contact the points wiring.
All in all, nice engine, not recommended unless one has motor experience if intending to run.
Needs improved adjustable ignition, more spare piston o rings, stiffer intake valve spring.

First off let me say that at this scale and price point. The detail, is UNREAL. Down to the steps on the side of the heli. The little pilots included are a very nice touch as well. Just like every other heli offered here, super easy to get your feet wet and build your confidence with a great looking helicopter that flies even better.
The one button inverted mode is also a SERIOUS head turner. It’s just as locked in upside down as right side up. If I could give more stars to this helicopter I definitely would.
This is what I received. Rad, gas tank but no water tank.
Looks great, works great with accessories, really showcases OKMO's rise to a very serious model engineering supplier. OKMO is no longer Microcosm from 8 years ago!
The detail and precision are excellent. It starts easily and runs ok. I do note one issue. There is excess vibration while coasting in between "hits". I can observe minor runout on the starter pulley but I don't think that would be enough for the vibration. I think it would run smoother if better balance could be achieved perhaps by a lighter connecting rod, or counterbalanced crankshaft or counterbalanced flywheel or some combination of these.
