Product design: Transparent adjustable flow main oil cup, new style carburetor, with loud exhaust pipe. Two large flywheels with reasonable weight distribution, flywheel with spring dump ball and split wide-face pulley, the engine is very practical for power output. The special design has added the rarely seen "fast and slow engine switching gear", which can realize the requirement of engine speed switching: it can be run at super slow speed, and also can be run at high speed for power output. Make the engine more playable, players have more sense of operation. Product process: the whole machine Ferrari red paint using electrophoretic surface treatment process, the main components (body body, flywheel, connecting rods, etc.) made of stainless steel 304 casting, all assembly surfaces using CNC machining and become a high-carbon steel hardened one-piece crankshaft. This makes it not only a playable engine model, but also a highly collectible mechanical craft.

Update, no spark seems to be caused by ignition trigger-electrode#1 arcing to something. Took it out and there was a scrape/cut in (what appears to be shrink-wrap) the insulation around the spring.

How do I order spare parts? I got it to spark at the plug by adding a small pc of shrink-wrap over the hole, but this made the spring “thingy” too thick. I had to bend the electrodes so the contacts would close. I feel sure I have skewed the timing.

I purchased a HM-01 and assembled it OK (taking cues from youtube vids)

it went togather fine. Very smooth.
I then hooked up the ignition system and had a spark (twice) while turning the engine by hand. I installed the spark plug (had to grind a 1/4 drive 8mm deep well socket to fit).
The engine then never started. I had fueled it with lighter fluid and made sure it was getting fuel using the supplied fuel tank and clear fuel line. It never started.
I removed the spark plug and it never sparked. I checked the battery voltage (9.23) at the “T” connection.the trigger circuit contacts were closing somewhere around TDC.
I double checked the timing punches on the gears and they are aligned (one dot between the two dots on the gears) Any suggestions appreciated…
