Behind the Scenes with Mr. Puzzle: A Day at TECHING Factory | EngineDIY

Have you ever wondered how those intricate, high-quality model engines are created? Have you ever wondered why a small model sometimes costs more than a real engine? 👀 This Tuesday, we visited the TECHING factory with our excellent partner, Mr. Puzzle. Today, we'll unveil the mystery and share with you the magic, precision, and passion behind every TECHING product.

🎨 Phase One: Design and Conceptualization

Every great creation begins with a vision. ✏️

Our process starts long before the metal lathes even begin. TECHING's team of engineers and designers works tirelessly, creating precise 3D renderings of every component through 3D modeling, from the smallest screw to the entire engine, without exception.

The design phase is where the soul of a model is born. Seeing how designers perfectly blend engineering precision with artistic detail truly helps us understand why TECHING products are so captivating.

⚙️ Phase Two: Core Machining

At this stage, the metal blank begins to take shape. 🛠️ After the design is finalized, the next stage is precision machining of the parts. The factory workshop is equipped with equipment capable of executing digital designs with microscopic precision.

The parts undergo precision cutting and milling to achieve their final shape, with workers strictly controlling the quality.

✨ Stage Three: Surface Finishing (Fine Machining)

Polishing and Grinding: To achieve a mirror-smooth metal surface, multiple manual and machine polishing processes are required. As you can see from the pictures, each part is meticulously polished by hand on a polishing machine.

🧪 Stage Four: Quality Control and Packaging

All TECHING models undergo a rigorous quality control process before leaving the factory.

Workers meticulously inspect the surface of each part to ensure it is free of defects.

Then, these individual parts are placed one by one into packaging boxes.

After the parts are packed into the box, the box is first sealed with a layer of plastic film, and then wrapped with an inflatable cushioning bag. This comprehensive wrapping ensures the product will not be damaged during long-distance transportation.

🏛️TECHING Collection & The New Product

After witnessing firsthand the dedication and effort poured into each component, you'll likely discover that each product has a soul, it's not a mass-produced copy.

🚀 Conclusion:

EngineDIY's purpose: to create models that inspire, popularize knowledge, and ignite people's passion for engineering and craftsmanship. Thank you, Mr. Puzzle, for your participation—your attention to detail perfectly aligns with our mission, and we are honored to have collaborated with you.

To all model enthusiasts: Stay curious and keep creating. If you are interested in how your favorite models are made, we are always happy to answer your questions.

See you next time—happy creating! 🧨

Nice job to see how they’re making them but what about the delivery side of your business I’ve been waiting a long time for my product to be delivered to me, so what’s the problem if I’d new it was going to be a long time I would never have ordered so can you please tell me the truth why is there such a delay? I get told a different thing every time I email you.
