CISON Super V8 Engine Model for The Heaviest New Release in 2023

The model engine industry has been developing rapidly in China for five years, and the EngineDIY team has been fortunate to ride on this wave. Nowadays, there are more and more products, and competitors are constantly joining. How can we continue to remain the leader in this field, and how can we help It has become our biggest problem for a single supplier to seek breakthroughs from the models made by many peers.

This year, we have been thinking about this issue repeatedly, so we have made great adjustments in the layout of this year’s major new products. Therefore, during the development process with suppliers, we chose to do top-secret work on this blockbuster new product. No details were disclosed in the early research and development stage, and the prototype fee alone cost 5W+. Now everything is in place and ready for release.

These two engines (with different structural designs) will be launched at the same time at the end of October. The design concept will restore the real engine appearance to the greatest extent. The prototype refers to the classic small block series, which run through the entire history of the American V8 engine. This is also the top level among all model engines in China (not abroad for the time being), regardless of design restoration. The quality and manufacturing process are all done with utmost sincerity.

Highlighted features:

The ohv version uses exquisite electrophoretic paint to restore classic colors

High angle, high hardness and wear-resistant cam

Enlarge the intake valve (larger than the exhaust valve)

Five-point support camshaft to prepare for high hardness valve springs

Lubrication system [oil pump splash lubrication cam, crankshaft, connecting rod piston; ohv version can be installed with rocker arm forced lubrication system (with rocker arm lubricating oil return cylinder hole), oil pan with oil dipstick]

Five-point fully supported crankshaft

Reinforced hardened and wear-resistant connecting rod

Dual cast iron piston rings (optional oil rings)

Ignition method: distributor (high performance cdi frequency 42000)

Cylinder block with oil filter element installation position

Optional four-hole carburetor for OHV version

Optional generator

In order to ensure that the intake manifold temperature does not affect the engine power, a low-temperature intake pipe is specially designed.
The cylinder blocks are processed using high-precision five-axis CNC with a repeatable positioning of 0.005mm, providing better accuracy guarantee for engine power.

The technical parameters of the flathead and overhead versions of V8 are basically the same, as follows:

The length of one side cylinder is about 95mm

The total length of the cylinder is about 100mm

The engine ratio is about 1:6

Displacement is about 44cc

Bore size 18.5 Stroke 20.5

The design speed range is 1500~10000rpm (the top speed of flathead and ohv versions is different)

Power is about 4.8ps

I have questions about the flat head V8. A flat head engine has the exhaust header attached to the block, not the head because all the ports are in the block. However, this flat head V8 has the exhaust manifolds attached to the head. Are there passages up through the block into the head to make this possible? If so, why not just run the ports out through the block?

Great engine can’t wait to get several for my projects need to make a blower option and a transmission so we can use these for what they where made for

This model reminds me of an authentic American engine like a Dodge Hemi OHV V-8.
So, it is essential to install a chrome muscle car style air cleaner on top of the engine block.

On the valve cover , machine “CISON”

NOT Cison Engines
We already know it’s an engine; only the brand should be there
