General Structure and Component for Toyan Engine
FS-S100x Series is a sophisticated single-cylinder 4 stroke engine model. Before start your engine, we hope to give you a general introduction for Toyan Engine structure and its function.
General Structure and Components
1, Engine Hood
It is for dust-proof and decoration.
2, Cylinder Head
The function for cylinder head is to seal cylinder, form a same combustion space with the piston and bear high temperature and high pressure gas. The cylinder head bears gas force and the mechanical load caused by tightening of the cylinder bolts, at the same time, it is exposed to high thermal loads due to contact with high-temperature gas. In order to ensure a good seal of the cylinder, the cylinder head can neither be damaged nor deformed. For this reason, the cylinder head should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
3, Main Oil Needle
The main oil needle is also called [high-speed oil needle] - manage the oil supply for the engine medium-speed, high-speed . With the increase of engine speed, the proportion of oil supplied by the high-speed oil needle will increase gradually.
4, Auxiliary oil needle
The auxiliary oil needle is also called [low speed oil needle]- manage the oil supply for engine idle speed, idle speed to medium speed, medium speed. With the increase of engine speed, the proportion of oil supplied by the low speed oil needle will decrease gradually. [Low Speed Oil Needle] and [High Speed Oil Needle] ~ counterclockwise direction is "on" ~ clockwise direction is "off".
5, Starting Motor
As we all know, the starting of the engine needs external force support. The function of the starting motor is to use the battery current and make drive pulley produces mechanical movement; And drive the engine's flywheel by one-way bearing pulley to start engine.
6, Engine Body
Engine body is not only the basic parts and skeleton of the engine, but also the basic parts while assembly. The function for engine body is to support cylinder liner and ensure the accurate position of pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts, etc while operation. The part to ensure ventilation, cooling and lubrication of the engine, known as cylinder.
7, Flywheel
The main function of flywheel is to store energy and inertia outside the power stroke of the engine. At the power output of the crankshaft, it is for connection of the work equipment.
8, Oil inlet
The port that fuel enters into the carburetor is called oil inlet, which is connected to the fuel tank's outlet pipe.
9, Crankcase
The cylindrical cavity in the upper part of the cylinder is called the cylinder, the lower part is the crankcase for supporting the crankshaft and inner part is the space where crankshaft moves.
10, Throttle screw
[Throttle screw] - Manage the engine idle speed level, after the new machine fnished debug and tune, it can determine the future rich and poor oil state of the [low speed oil needle] and [high speed oil needle]. Therefore [throttle screw] can be called the entire engine debugging axis, and [throttle screw] is a carburetor adjustment screw. In summary, [throttle screw] is definitely not an adjustment screw that can be ignored.
11, Carburetor
The function of carburetor is to mix a certain amount of fuel with air to make the engine run normally.
12, Camshaft
The function of camshaft is to control the opening and closing of valve. The main body of camshaft is a cylindrical rod approximately the same length as the cylinder, there are several cams on the top, for driving valves.
13, Oil Discharge Nozzle
After the engine has been running for a period of time, the unburned waste lubricating oil will be dicharged from oil discharge nozzle.
14, Timing belt
The function of timing belt is to connection of the upper and lower parts. The upper connection is the timing wheel of the engine cylinder head, the lower connection is the crankshaft timing wheel. The timing wheel is connected to the camshaft, where there is a cam on it. And its contacting point is the small rocker arm, the rocker arm creates pressure via timing belt and plays a role in jacking up.
