I enjoyed building this model. I would say it’s challenging but straightforward. My only complaint is regardless of how much I’ve tightened the pieces ,they eventually loosen. The base that holds the wasp doesn’t have enough weight capacity and eventually falls. The finished product does look beautiful , but handle with extreme care.

I had so much fun putting this together. The directions are very clear and the parts fit together so there is no need for glue. You do have to be gentle because some of the parts have to be worked into their locked position and if you push too hard you will break something.
