ReLy cool I love it

I love this engine, but it's a diesel engine and there's a reason the other models are petrol. This was a lot of fun to get going, a lot of fun to work on, and a lot of fun to hear run but it took far more work to get going than my petrol models. I still think this is an accomplishment of model manufacturing and will be a wonderful to keep and finish up the fine tuning on. I'm excited to get to work getting it running again. If you're the kind of modeler that likes an engine to "just go" this one isn't for you, but it's just my style: A completed engine that needs the final touches to excel.

A lot of tech in a small package. Flies great and is very durable. Would recommend it for indoor fun. Could be a hand full outside if there is ANY WIND.

Product arrived expeditiously, simple packaging - nothing amiss. Construction above average. Works beautifully with the appropriate photon feed. Exceptional value. Highly recommended.

The quality of the product looks great. My Grandson has not seen it yet. His birthday party is tomorrow. I will follow-up after he builds it.

I really enjoyed assembling this model kit. So much detail! All of the parts went together exactly as the instructions stated.
Since there was no oil included in the kit, I used some white lithium grease that I already had. Works great and should last longer than oil.
Since there is no glue or permanent fasteners, I can take this one apart and put it back together. It will be useful for teaching my grandchildren the basics of internal combustion.

I am very happy with the quality of the parts I got from EngineDIY for my Kacio boiler and steam engine.

It took a while to clear some other projects but I was able to complete the build in three evenings. Understand I'm 81, with one working arm and some hand tremors. Using some blocks and extra tools, the kit was relatively easy to assemble. The quality of the parts was excellent. Everything fit and adjusted very well. I'm looking forward to building a "hit and miss" engine next!
