Difficult Build with a few hiccups, but great service and awesome end result
The build of the dragon had some challenging steps where an extra pair of hands was needed. However, the instructions are pretty good, but there were a few minor errors. One issue was that the build actually needs 1 more B22 screw and 8 more BB9 screws than the parts list says, but the actual parts provided usually had a few extras anyway. I just needed to get some more BB9 screws. Lucas at EngineDIY support ([****]) was great and quickly organised for the extra parts I requested to be sent.

Amazing Kit!
We got this as a gift for my brother. I was a worried that we waited too long before ordering and it wouldn't get here in time, but shipping was very quick it arrived earlier than I expected.
He hasn't completed it yet, but he's about halfway through and absolutely loving it. I'm a little jealous… I should've got one for myself as well.

Astounding Customer Service
I ordered this for my wife's birthday with short notice, and I thought I was getting it from a U.S. distributor so it would arrive on time. I contacted the company when I did not get a shipping confirmation as quickly as I expected. Unfortunately, the U.S. distributor ran out of stock before my order was processed, and they would have to ship it from China with an expected delivery date a day or two after my wife's birthday (about 5-6 days). I was slightly disappointed, but it was my fault for ordering so late, and my wife was so excited by the video she had seen of this dragon, so I agreed to have it shipped. The company expedited it via DHL, and it arrived the day BEFORE my wife's birthday! International shipping, clearing customs, and arriving in 4 days! This is customer service to the extreme, especially for a first-time customer and a single-item purchase.
I will update this review (or add a new one) as we get into the project's building. We have opened the package, everything is in good order, all parts are there and well labeled, the tools provided are of decent or better quality, and we are excited to get started.
