Fine work with some Bugs

Hi Engine lovers This 15 ccm Engine is a fine work but there are also some bugs in it. First stable the carburetor. I found an arm from a hart drive and file to fix perfekt. To preserve hall sensor damage, you must ground the engine to batterie. The hall sensor iss gone for the first second in my case. I have chance the hall elektronik Part into a 5mm reed kontakt mechanical. It is much more stable. Second bug ist the valve pushrods of exhausts. Engine runs sometimes only on one zylinder, the pushrods will be stick and blocked sometimes because the head hole are too small . Give more place and file open a little bit,
so it can work without bend the pushrods and blocked valve . Then you can have fun. Take care and good luck

Cison 157 yes and don't know

Yes I am very happy about the vt157 it is one great looking piece. The workmanship is very realistic. But I've had it for over two months and I still haven't been able to start it,1st the cdi box shorted out the day I wanted to start it.Fterover two weeks I got the replacement box and now the hall effects sensors bad. I know things go bad but after 3 months I still haven't heard it run. Just ordered some replacement parts hopefully I can get it running soon. Thanks(not mad just frustrated)

The Shovelhead is truly a little gem ( if I could get it to run ) .. there has been an ignition problem with nearly every engine .. I have several other Cison engines and they are all great runners . It’s a shame Cison didn’t do in depth research on the Shovel before releasing it .. I’m sure they (and Jon Cook.. a wizard ) will get the problem solved and this engine will be outstanding !!
